Introduction to working with Tree Spirits
Come and spend a magical day on Exmoor connecting to trees.
Using techniques you can take away to work with in the future, you will learn how to connect to trees and meet their dryad spirits, explore their physical, mental and spritual properties and start to understand how through this learning and connection you will begin to reconnect with these aspects within yourself.
Working with Tree Spirits
On this special day we will work with one species of tree, both indoors through journeying and guided meditation and outdoors with the trees in nature on Exmoor.
We will also look at the folklore and history of the trees and their place in myth and legend.
During the day we will cover ways of gathering wood in ceremony and working safely with tools to craft a talisman with wood from our chosen tree.
This day is available to signed up participants of the 2015 Celtic Tree Journey at a very special price of £25 for the day including lunch. The Introductory day is also open to others who have not yet booked onto the journey at a cost of £40.
The workshop cost includes a simple vegetarian lunch.
The day involves outdoor work on Exmoor in ALL WEATHERS so appropriate footwear and clothing is required
There will be some walking over moderate undulating ground so be prepared!
Camping is available on site or we have excellent nearby B&Bs if you wish to extend your stay
